Problem with MELD graph running on native fastsurfer #100
Description
I runned Meld graph successfully on Freesurfer, but whenever I used flag --fastsurfer, the process will be terminated after few second.
I found out that the first reason due to that the input file need to be conform before processed by pipeline.
I tried to conform input file by Fastsurfer confom.py.
However, the pipeline failed again because Dtype unit 8 is not mach with requirement.
I am using Fastsurfer native running inside WSL, CPU version and Meld graph Docker container.
Please help me to solve this problem.
