Bugs when performing reference mapping using the reference model across different platform.

This maybe occurred when reference model was constructed using different version of mlr3verse.

I encountered an issue while using your model.mTCA.rds. As a beginner, I downloaded this file from your website and attempted to use it in my R environment, which has mlr3verse version 0.3.0 installed. When I executed the following code:

Compatibility Issue : The error message states, “Setting row roles 'test'/'holdout' is no longer possible.” Is this related to compatibility issues with the mlr3verse package version I am using?
Recommended Package Versions: Are there specific versions of mlr3verse or other related packages that you recommend to avoid such errors?
