[Stability] Add option to collisions when mesh gets inverted

For our applications with haptics, we are missing a good sensor for determining whether our simulation loses stability.
In ElasticityPlugin the fem force field notifies about element inversion. Could be worthy to try and use that as a sensor and temporarily disable collisions when it occurs. It would not always be adequate but, for example in the ultrasound example, which is pretty stable, it might help with the bad/adventurous user crashes.
