Pin on setuptools<72

Is there still a need to pin setuptools<72? I see error messages such as galsim 2.7.2 requires setuptools<72,>=38, but you have setuptools 80.9.0 which is incompatible. when building desc-python, and I'm thinking there's no longer a need for this pin?

That should only be required to build GalSim, not to run it. So I would have thought if you installed from conda or a pip wheel, you wouldn't need it. But this is on my short list to fix, so the next version of GalSim won't have the pin.

Thanks, Mike. After removing another unrelated package that was causing a downgrade of numpy - I no longer see this error message. I suspect something must have been triggering a build. Sorry for the noise!
