re-factor website to reflect recent changes

- center the community and supporting each other, 
- say that the grant is about supporting people, instead of projects; though both are important (i.e. you need to have _something_ you are proposing, but we are supporting _your journey_)
- introduce the idea of cohorts; fix it at 3, and say when it opens/closes
