 Hope to add bug fixes and update documentation commands

In practice, the generated code often breaks after running `apply`. At that point, reopening the proposal just to fix a bug feels like overkill. So it would be great to have a command that lets us patch the bug and then update the corresponding documentation or design notes accordingly.
