Aquatic Redstone Torches and Aquatic Redstone Comparator crash the game.

I am unsure of the specific cause, however I was instructed to make an issue report on the github so; here it is.
It seems to be specifically the Comparator and the Torch that do it.
It also seemed to be important to mention that my Operating System is Windows 10?

1.20.1 forge and 1.21.1 neoforge

1.20.1 doesn't have this bug, just tested it, but 1.21.1 does
