Voxel count and semantic labeling issue

Expected Behavior

LE semantic types should only have a few voxels. Shower fragments should always get the shower semantic label, unless they contain very few voxels.

Current Behavior

Particles are sometimes labeled as having little to no voxels, when they actually have many. Vise-versa is true as well. This leads to shower fragments being labeled as low energy (LE) semantic types.

Possible Solution (optional)

Semantic type is set at SuperaMCParticleCLuster L2093
