working example?

Trying to get a sense of what this application is/does, I think I understand but seeing a working example might help cement that.

I tried running the example inside ./example but it appears to broken or incomplete? Audimance launches and loads the agenda.yaml and all the views but none of the cues start any performance and there are weird issues with path in audio sources in the views/room.html.
