As the changes are purely typos fixing and there's no semantic change (only correction to what was originally intended), the maintenance release "V1.1" at https://github.com/CommunitySpecification/Community_Specification/releases/tag/V1.1 should be considered the same license as "Community-Spec-1.0", as documented at https://spdx.org/licenses/Community-Spec-1.0.html.

A note could be added to the release note itself to avoid confusion.

Btw, note sure if we can update the content (with all the fixes from maintenance release) on https://spdx.org/licenses/Community-Spec-1.0.html or it is meant to be immutable.
