Update job board theme

The job board uses a generic theme that has been customised to match the main site. It would provide a better UX if a dedicated jobs theme. This task covers the selection, installation and configuration of a dedicated theme.

1. Espy Jobs Pro (demo) - compatible with Resume Manager and Job Applications
2. Jobhunt (demo) - compatible with core addons (Resume Manager, Job Applications, Bookmarks, Paid Listings)
3. Jobify (demo) - compatible with all major addons
