Generated website does not contain the entire project #120

Hello there,
I've decided to test SourceBrowser by submitting one of my repositories. However, I've noticed that the website that it generated is showing only one of the subdirectories in my project (Samples folder), while most of the source code actually resides in another folder called Sources.
