I've done some cleanup:

I have checked each of these folders in SB_Files, and they contained only user.data, and no folder with repository. I've removed these folders.

I've also went to folders for the following users: RaYell, shawnwildermuth, SLaks, Starstructor, and I've removed user.data. This caused Source Browser to fetch user data (photo, full name, website etc.) from GitHub.

We still need to investigate why nothing got uploaded. Also, I think that the code that removes the repository folder on failed upload should also remove the user folder, for sake of cleanliness.
