Preferences option not working

When I click on preference nothing happens, it seems like it is a missing functionality.

Application version (is it boost note legacy, boost note next (if boost note next, which version and which desktop app did you install?)
How to reproduce the issue
Which OS are you using (Linux, macOS, Windows)
