If I understood correctly, Maura has established the target based on unaltered flow. We need to map them to the corresponding gauges but also to find the relationship between Q10/90 threshold values with the monthly ones.

A project description has been written and submitted to recruit a C&S intern to work on this. Hopefully this position will be filled soon.
