ability to specify block state?

fo example, i would like to be able to scan for wheat crop, BUT, only for the fully grown ones, so i can easily find them to harvest

also, kinda related, when i mine highlighted blocks, the highlight stay even if the block is gone, i have to turn off and on the mod for the higlight to update, which is kinda annoying

I remember this being a thing on past versions, i used it for testing custom oraxen ores (noteblocks), now in 1.21.7/8 all noteblocks states are marked when you add one

can you use block state in 1.21.6?
