[translation] Fixes to russian translation (UI compatability) etc.

Introduction

Currently the russian translation for ep1-8 only supports the Windows/Steam configuration. Other configurations may not boot or have the "purple text" issue because the UI files for other configurations are not provided

While you can play, with mod's English UI file, there is some interest in fixing it properly...and my estimate is that it shouldn't be that hard to fix.

I'm attempting to contact the ru translation team, but if we cannot get hold of them, then we'll apply the fixes and rehost the files ourselves for the time being.

Also note that the team for ch 1-8 translation is different from the team for ch9-10 translation. The ch9-10 translation team is currently active, so if a bug is found with ch9-10 they should be contacted directly.

Previous work

Previously (in 2023) I contacted them about ch8 to fix something, and while doing that I setup a repo to build the UI file (just the steam one). I dunno why I didn't just make it a branch of the existing repo.

Anyway, we can use that as a base, that will make it much easier for us as it's already "set up" and known working configuration.

• Publish updated patches for ch1 only
• Ask perov (discord) to check ch1 is OK
• Publish updated patches for remaining chapters 2-8
• Redirect installer to use updated patches, hosted by 07th-mod (if no response from ru team by then)
• let perov play through the remaining chapters. If OK, then tick off this item.
